BIGBANG Celebrates 20th Anniversary with ‘BiiiG’ and New World Tour

BIGBANG is celebrating its 20th anniversary with new music, a major world tour and a series of special events for fans. The group released its new digital single “BiiiG” on August 19, exactly 20 years after its official debut. It is BIGBANG’s first new group song in approximately four years and four months, following “Still Life” in April 2022. “BiiiG” reached No. 1 on Melon’s TOP100 chart within an hour of its release. The song also topped major charts on Genie, Bugs and VIBE, giving BIGBANG a strong start to its anniversary activities. The group will next open “BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR <XX : COSMOS>” with three concerts at Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium from August 21 through 23. The tour is currently scheduled to feature 33 performances across 19 cities and will continue through February 2027. It marks BIGBANG’s first group world tour in nine years. The anniversary celebrations have also extended beyond the concert stage. BIGBANG held a free fan event at Yeouido Hangang Park on August 19, while exhibitions, interactive installations and other programs are running across the Jamsil area from August 14 through 23. With “BiiiG,” the “XX : COSMOS” tour and its anniversary projects, BIGBANG is marking two decades since its debut while beginning a new chapter as a group.
