Kwon Eun-bi Opens New RBW Chapter with 'DEJAVU'
September 2, 2026
Kwon Eun-bi is returning with the digital single album 'DEJAVU,' her first music release since joining RBW and her first comeback in approximately one year and four months. The release is set for September 3rd at 6 p.m. KST. Rather than presenting it as her first digital single, 'DEJAVU' should be identified as a new digital single album marking the beginning of her activities under a new agency. The project connects three words—'Cliché,' 'Classic,' and 'Closet'—to explore the tastes, emotions, and personal style Kwon Eun-bi has developed throughout her career. It revisits familiar parts of her public image while presenting them from a new perspective. Its title track, also called 'DEJAVU,' is a disco-pop song built around rhythmic bass, bright guitar sounds, and Kwon Eun-bi’s vocals. The song expresses the excitement of encountering something that feels new and strangely familiar at the same time. Kwon Eun-bi previewed the project through lookbook images, a brand film, four 'DEJAVU FRAME' releases, and a music video teaser. The teaser shows her running through a blue field, looking through a digital camera, and moving beneath bright stage lighting. Contrasting styling and darker scenes facing streams of light expand the visual mood of the release. In an interview ahead of the comeback, Kwon Eun-bi said she participated closely in the project’s development, offering detailed opinions on the jacket images, music video concept, dancers’ outfits, marketing, and promotional challenges. She also described the song as a chance to present a more comfortable vocal tone without relying on the high notes often associated with her previous releases. 'DEJAVU' continues the musical identity Kwon Eun-bi has established while introducing the first stage of her work with RBW. Its focus is not a promotional claim about becoming a “four-seasons artist,” but a new musical direction shaped through her own creative involvement.
