DAY6's Wonpil teases solo comeback... MV teaser for the title track '사랑병동' from 'Unpiltered' revealed

DAY6's vocalist Wonpil will return to fans with his first solo mini album. On March 28, in the afternoon, DAY6’s official SNS channels first revealed the MV teaser for the mini album's title track '사랑병동', and at 6 PM on March 30 the full release of the mini album 'Unpiltered' was announced, previewing its emotional archive. The video drew attention with restrained lighting and an alternative rock sound, while Wonpil delivered an immersive performance, lifting the corners of his mouth with his fingers and holding a heart-shaped prop as if entrusting it to be repaired, further fueling curiosity about the MV's complete story. The title track '사랑병동' was written and composed by Wonpil; it is said to express the desperate heart crying out in the pain of a love that doesn't fade. Adding to the anticipation, K-pop hitmaker Lee Woo-min (collapsedone) is said to have contributed to raise the track's finish.

Debuting with DAY6 in 2015, Wonpil is expanding his musical range through this solo activity. Following the release, concert dates have also been confirmed. From May 1 to 3, he will hold a solo concert 'WONPIL SOLO CONCERT ’Unpiltered’’' at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with tickets available on NolTicket. Those days are expected to gift fans with the warm spring timbre.
