YUHZ to Return October 21 with First EP ‘B,’ Teasing a New Concept
October 6, 2026
Boy group YUHZ will release its first EP, ‘B,’ on October 21, marking its first comeback in five months following its debut single ‘Orange Record’ in May. Through connected teasers ranging from orange-themed short videos to a mock interview looking back from the future, the group has hinted at a shift from its debut image.
According to the Korea JoongAng Daily, Pinnacle Entertainment announced the EP’s title and release date and unveiled a teaser revealing its name. Further album details will follow. The letter ‘B,’ which had sparked curiosity in earlier Korean reports, has now been confirmed as the album title, drawing attention to how the teasers’ storyline will connect to the comeback.
YUHZ released a series of teaser videos on its official social media and YouTube channels from October 3 to 5. The first three short videos repeatedly showed oranges being blended and drunk. While the fruit recalled ‘Orange Record,’ blending it suggested a fresh start.
MHN and Ilgan Sports described the scenes as an expression of the group’s determination to erase the debut release’s ‘record of excitement’ and firmly establish the YUHZ name and identity. By reworking a familiar symbol from their debut, the brief clips linked the two releases while building curiosity about the group’s new direction.
The next video, ‘Before, Be, Begin,’ took the form of a mock interview. Speaking from an imagined future, the members reflected on their past fresh, cute image and shared their desire to show a cooler concept. The fictional setup offered a glimpse of the new side they hope to present.
Ilgan Sports reported that the video humorously portrayed the emotions arising from the gap between the members’ desired image and reality. Their appearances in white tracksuits also drew attention. Following the refreshing energy of their debut, the teasers hinted at a hipper style, raising anticipation for the EP’s music and concept. Specific album details remain under wraps.
YUHZ is an eight-member group consisting of Hyo, Bohyun, Haruto, Junseong, Jaeil, Kai, Yeontae and Sechan. They debuted in May with ‘Orange Record’ and its title track, ‘Rush Rush,’ bringing the refreshing energy of boys charging ahead without hesitation.
The group has also continued connecting with fans. In August, they held a mini fan meeting celebrating 100 days since their debut. Korean reports also noted their first standalone fan meeting in Japan, ‘OUR GREETING,’ alongside promotional activities there. Having expanded their fan outreach since debut, YUHZ is now preparing to reveal another side through ‘B.’ More details about the album and comeback will be released in stages through their official social media channels.
