CHUNG HA to Return with New Single 'México' on September 1
August 18, 2026
CHUNG HA will return with her new digital single 'México' on September 1, marking her first release in nearly seven months.
MORE VISION announced the upcoming single on August 18. 'México' follows CHUNG HA's digital single 'Save me', which was released on her birthday in February.
The new song explores the courage to leave behind a repetitive and emotionally empty routine. Its story follows someone traveling to an unfamiliar place where no one knows them, creating an opportunity to encounter a different version of themselves and begin a new chapter.
A coming-soon clip released through CHUNG HA's official social media and YouTube channels offers the first look at the single's atmosphere. The video places her in a stark, deserted setting before the scene shifts into black and white and the title 'México' appears in vivid red. Another moment shows CHUNG HA playing a cassette tape as her voice begins to emerge.
Fans will also participate in selecting the digital single's official cover. Voting is being held through the global fandom platform VISTAGE until August 21 at 11:59 PM.
Three candidate images have been revealed, each presenting CHUNG HA with a mature and intense visual style. The image receiving the most fan votes will become the official cover for 'México'.
Additional teaser content will be released through CHUNG HA's official social media channels ahead of the comeback. 'México' will arrive on major music streaming platforms on September 1 at 6 PM KST.
