The group IVE continued their music show and variety show activities with the title track 'Gimme Dat Love' after releasing their 9th mini album 'We made'. In particular, they appeared as surprise guests at 'Cypher Humble Show SUMMERSWAG2026 - Incheon', announcing the return of the 'Summer Queen', and topped global charts while setting records in their first week of comeback.
IVE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua) released their 9th mini album 'We made' on July 6 and showcased the title track 'Gimme Dat Love' on music shows starting with Mnet 'M Countdown' on the 9th. In particular, they appeared as surprise guests at 'Cypher Humble Show SUMMERSWAG2026 - Incheon' held at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on the 11th, announcing the return of the 'Summer Queen'.
On the day, IVE opened the stage with the chorus of 'TOMBOY', instantly heating up the atmosphere. The audience responded enthusiastically, singing along with warm cheers at the unexpected appearance. The members then gave short greetings and continued with the 'Queencard' performance, moving to the protruding stage to show off their point choreography and convey cool energy.
Following this, IVE said, 'We came back with a new song. It's called 'Gimme Dat Love', and we wanted to show you the stage we prepared hard for,' revealing the title track performance. The audience enjoyed IVE's refreshing summer song amidst the pouring water, and the members continued with the 'I Hate Pain Too Much' stage to conclude their guest performance.
IVE also captivated attention on music shows with more relaxed performances and mature facial expressions. On 'M Countdown', they debuted the pre-released track 'Crow' on a music show for the first time. With an all-black styling reminiscent of the Korean traditional hat (gat) and a crow, they offered a different charm from the title track. Along with this, they appeared on various web variety shows and live content including SBS 'Running Man' and JTBC 'Knowing Bros', actively communicating with fans.
'Gimme Dat Love' is showing strong momentum on domestic and international music charts shortly after release. In addition to topping the real-time chart on the major domestic music platform Bugs, it recorded in the top ranks of the Korean YouTube Trending Music Chart. B-sides 'Crow', 'Morning', and 'Love Is Pain' also climbed to the upper ranks one after another, proving their strength as music powerhouses once again.
Furthermore, the new album took the number 1 spot on Tencent Music's Korean chart and Global K-Chart TME section in China, the Japanese iTunes K-Pop album chart, and the daily and weekly digital bestseller charts on QQ Music in China. It is also maintaining an upward trend on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes Top Songs, and YouTube Music daily charts in various countries.
IVE will continue their second week of comeback activities by appearing on various broadcasts this week.
