TXT Yeonjun to Throw First Pitch at MLB Game and Expand US Activities

TXT's Yeonjun has been selected to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a Los Angeles Dodgers home game. In addition to this, he will participate in the Dodgers' annual 'Korean Heritage Night' and perform on various stages including ABC's 'Good Morning America' and Z100 Summer Bash.

Big Hit Music announced on the 5th that Yeonjun will serve as the ceremonial first pitcher for the game between the LA Dodgers and the Milwaukee Brewers at the LA Dodgers Stadium on the 13th local time. On the day of the game, Yeonjun will also participate in the 'Korean Heritage Night' event held near the Dodgers Stadium. This event is a signature annual occasion hosted by the LA Dodgers to connect with the local Korean community. Big Hit Music stated, "Yeonjun is also scheduled to perform for the crowd."

Recently, Yeonjun released his solo album 'NO LABELS: PART 02' and is now fulfilling his schedule of local activities in the US. On the 5th, he will appear on ABC's 'Good Morning America' 'Summer Concert Series.' He is the second Korean solo artist to appear in this series after Jungkook (BTS). Two days later, on the 6th, he will take the stage as the first Korean artist at the 'Z100 Summer Bash Presented by Wells Fargo,' hosted by iHeartMedia's radio station Z100. On the 12th, he will perform a solo concert at the Billboard Special Live Event 'Billboard: One Night Only.'

Big Hit Music announced, "Yeonjun plans to connect extensively with local fans through various platforms including broadcasts, live shows, radio, and digital content." Meanwhile, TXT is set to perform at 'KCON LA 2026' at the LA Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena from August 14 to 16. TXT will take the main stage on the 16th, while Yeonjun will hold a solo performance on the 15th.
