BTS continue their strong run on the U.S. Billboard charts with their fifth studio album, ARIRANG. Their world tour has also topped a Pollstar chart for seven consecutive weeks, while the music video for lead single “SWIM” has been named a finalist at an international film festival.
According to Herald Muse and TenAsia, ARIRANG ranked No. 41 on the Billboard 200 dated October 24, up two spots from the previous week. The album debuted at No. 1 on the April 4 chart and spent three consecutive weeks at the top. It has now charted for 30 weeks. It also rose two places to No. 17 on Top Album Sales.
On the singles charts, “SWIM” placed No. 26 on the Global 200 and No. 9 on Global Excl. U.S. It has spent a total of 29 weeks in the latter chart’s top 10 since debuting at No. 1. Album track “NORMAL” also ranked No. 183 and No. 96 on the two charts, respectively.
According to TenAsia and IZE, BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG led Pollstar’s Global Concert Pulse chart dated October 16 for a seventh consecutive week. The chart ranks tours by average gross per show from performances reported over the preceding three months. The eight BTS shows included in this update averaged $14.82 million per performance, approximately 19.6 billion won at the conversion cited in the reports.
The “SWIM” music video has also earned recognition in visual arts. According to MK Sports and The Fact, it was named a Best Music Video finalist in the 2026 Music Videos Competition lineup announced by EnergaCAMERIMAGE in Toruń on October 19, local time. Eighteen finalists were selected from approximately 300 submissions worldwide.
Released alongside the song in March, the video was filmed against the coastal backdrop of Lisbon, Portugal. Directed by Tanu Muino and featuring actress Lili Reinhart, it portrays the seven BTS members as figures supporting the protagonist as she works to overcome life’s difficulties. Bringing the song’s message of love for life and moving forward into a narrative, the video surpassed 100 million YouTube views on April 15.
