마마무 Confirms Full-Group Comeback, Teaser for '4WARD' Foreshadows Musical Synergy

마마무 has signaled a full-group comeback. The group released a mood teaser for the special single '4WARD' on their official YouTube channel on the 23rd, drawing attention from fans. In the teaser, the four members share a natural chemistry, leaning on one another and laughing under warm sunlight, and at the end of the video it was announced that the title track '4 Flowers' would appear, foreshadowing a deeper emotional resonance. Returning under RBW, 마마무's move has heightened expectations for a long-awaited full-group release. '4WARD' combines the number 4, symbolizing the four members, with 'FORWARD' meaning moving ahead; it is their first full-group release since MIC ON, released in October 2022, about 3 years and 8 months ago. Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa, who have spent long periods as solo artists, are reuniting, and domestic and international fans are buzzing. The Seoul concert 'MAMAMOO 2026 WORLD TOUR [4WARD]' opened presales and sold out in its third round. The Seoul shows run from June 19 to 21, and the tour will continue to Asia and the Americas. Meanwhile, the release date for '4WARD' is set for June 4 at 6 PM on major music platforms, offering a sweet yet mature vocal tone and a new musical color ahead of the full-group comeback. Fans have responded with messages like 'Finally the full lineup' and 'The 3 years 8 months wait was worth it.' All eyes are on how the musical charm teased in this teaser will expand next, and for 마마무 2026 seems set to unfold forward with the synergy of the four members.
