KickFlip Unveils ‘KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1’ Concept Photos Ahead of October 6 Comeback
September 30, 2026
KickFlip is building anticipation for its comeback with concept photos full of carefree street style and youthful energy. The group’s new mini album, ‘KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1,’ will arrive on music platforms on October 6 at 6 p.m. KST.
JYP Entertainment released the photos through its official social media channels on September 29 and 30, offering a glimpse of the mood behind ‘Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior),’ one of the album’s two title tracks. Graffiti and half-pipe structures highlight KickFlip’s dynamic appeal.
The members show off their street style against a graffiti wall emblazoned with the album title. In a group shot featuring a Ferris wheel and fireworks lighting up the night sky, they cheer atop a half-pipe, radiating a sense of freedom. Individual photos feature distinctive styling accents that showcase each member’s personality and spark curiosity about the new music.
The music video for the other title track, ‘Unfinished,’ was released on September 28. The song celebrates the present as all the more beautiful for being unfinished, combining the members’ portrayal of youth with a message about a present that shines despite its imperfections. Xportsnews reported that fans found comfort in the song and expressed a desire to keep following KickFlip’s stories of youth.
The release is the group’s fifth mini album, arriving roughly six months after its fourth, ‘My First Kick,’ released in April. It features eight tracks: the group’s first dual title tracks, ‘Unfinished’ and ‘Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior),’ plus ‘0 (Young),’ ‘Rockin’,’ ‘hate blueberry,’ ‘Drop In,’ ‘Let’s Waste Our Youth Together,’ and ‘Kick Off The Wall.’ KickFlip contributed to every track, adding its own musical identity to the album.
According to Newsen, while the previous release explored the spring of being 20, when everything is new and unfamiliar, and an ongoing first love, this album follows the members as they question themselves and search for answers while still navigating youth. Anticipation is growing for how the bold energy of the concept photos and the youthful message of ‘Unfinished’ will translate into the album’s music and performances.
KickFlip will also meet fans through a comeback stage. Xportsnews and reports covering the concept photos announced an Mnet M2 comeback stage for October 6 at 7 p.m. KST, the day of the album’s release. A separate Herald Muse report specified that it will first stream live on M2’s YouTube channel at that time, followed by a simultaneous broadcast on Mnet, M2’s YouTube channel, and Mnet Plus on October 7 at 9 p.m. KST.
Herald Muse reported that ‘KickFlip COMEBACK STAGE : KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1’ will feature performances of ‘Unfinished’ and ‘Kick Off The Wall.’ After introducing the album’s youthful spirit through photos and a music video, KickFlip will launch its new promotions with the album release and comeback stage.
