September 21, 2026
The 3rd Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) has unveiled a special lineup featuring globally active teams and rising groups. The KGMA Organizing Committee announced on the 21st that TWS, WayV, A.N, TWEED, and MADEIN will take the stage at the ‘2026 KGMA,’ held on November 7 and 8 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul’s Guro District.
The lineup spans artists who have strengthened their presence in overseas markets and rookies who debuted this year. TWS, beloved for challenges such as “plot twist” and “hey! hey!”, has expanded its reach through activities in Japan. Their second Japanese single, “SODA SODA,” earned a Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan, and they have also appeared at local festivals and broadcast stages, including Summer Sonic 2026.
WayV released their eighth mini album, “Vision Wings,” in August and are currently on their third concert tour, “Born This Way.” They are meeting global fans across major Asian cities, including Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and Yokohama.
A.N, who debuted in August, made their first mark on the music scene with their debut mini album, “A New Era of Now.” The Japanese version of the album, released under the same title, ranked seventh on Oricon’s weekly album chart. TWEED, a seven-member girl group that debuted around the same time, is showcasing their identity with “Sun Kiss,” the title track of their first mini album, “Tune & Play.”
MADEIN, who debuted in September 2024, is currently promoting as a four-member group. This year, they promoted “An Bwayo Video,” the title track of “Girl Meets Boy,” while member Mashiro recently released her solo album, “24/11.” The spotlight on both the group’s activities and its members’ solo endeavors is heightening anticipation for their performance.
On November 7, the first day of the ‘2026 KGMA,’ RESCENE’s Won-i and actress Nam Ji-hyun will serve as MCs. On November 8, IVE’s Liz and actor Kim Jae-won will host. Performances by various artists, including ATEEZ, TREASURE, RIIZE, ITZY, Choi Ye-na, and Jang Min-ho, were previously announced. The show will air live on ENA, stream live on Hulu Japan in Japan, and be available globally—excluding Japan and China—via TikTok LIVE.
