Catch The Young marked the release of its first full-length album, EVOLVE, with a media showcase at Ilji Art Hall in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 19th. The 14-track album was written and composed with participation from all members and features the double title tracks 'Amplify' and 'Sail'. Kang San described EVOLVE as a record of the evolution of the band's musical identity. The members explored styles they had not attempted before while maintaining their creative autonomy throughout the album. Nam Hyun also shared a recording story from 'Addicted'. After deciding that his monitored vocal sounded too soft, he worked until 4:30 a.m. to capture the song's intoxicated mood and said he even drank whiskey during the session. EVOLVE presents Catch The Young's Youth Pop-Rock through a vivid portrait of youth. Its track list includes 'Evolution: Prelude', 'Stay In The Dream', 'Better Days', '28 Hours', 'From Now On', 'I'm Already In Love With You', 'Addicted', 'Hurricane', 'Alive', 'Reperio', 'To You, Standing Before Me', and 'The Young Wave (2026 Remix)', alongside the double title tracks. The members named Day6 as a role model, pointing to the senior band's long career and ability to fill major venues such as Gocheok Sky Dome. They also expressed their hope of collaborating with IU. 'Amplify' emphasizes powerful live instrumentation and the band's groove, while 'Sail' uses the image of a voyage to express the determination to keep moving through uncertain moments. Lee Jun-yong said the album was made for listeners across generations and reflected the band's continuing musical experiments. EVOLVE was scheduled for release at 6 p.m. on the 19th, followed by a fan showcase at Ilji Art Hall at 8 p.m. With the album, Catch The Young aims to document an evolving youth and begin the next stage of its musical journey.
