AND2BLE Highlights Growth and Fan Gratitude With ‘Sequence 02: Attraction’ Comeback

AND2BLE are focusing on musical growth and more expressive performances with their first comeback since debut.
The group held a showcase for their second mini album, ‘Sequence 02: Attraction,’ at Blue Square’s Woori WON Banking Hall in Yongsan, Seoul, on October 27. The album follows their May debut release, ‘Sequence 01: Curiosity,’ by roughly five months.
Building on their debut album’s theme of curiosity, the new release follows that feeling as it develops into interest in someone and, eventually, attraction. The five-track album contains ‘Haunted,’ title track ‘French Kissing,’ ‘Potion,’ ‘Beautiful’ and ‘Worth It.’
‘French Kissing’ combines a hypnotic groove and reggae bassline in a tropical R&B sound. LDN Noise contributed to both its composition and arrangement alongside other collaborators. Zhang Hao said the dreamy melody caught his attention, while Yoo Seungeon pointed to the chorus’s “ooh la la” hook and the pre-chorus’s changing mood as listening highlights.
The members also described how their approach to performing has developed. Yoo Seungeon said stage experience had helped him move beyond concentrating mainly on pitch to expressing a song’s mood and emotions. Kim Gyuvin focused on communicating through facial expressions and gestures, while Han Yujin emphasized bringing together the members’ individual strengths.
Ricky participated in writing lyrics for ‘Worth It.’ He said he had practiced lyric writing since before debut and wanted to express his own message in words that felt natural to sing. His contribution follows the emotional journey from wondering how to show affection to sharing those feelings sincerely.
The group also reflected on their debut album selling more than 730,000 copies in its first week. Yoo Seungeon said gratitude to fans outweighed pressure over that achievement, while Zhang Hao described fans’ support as motivation to keep improving.
Looking ahead, Kim Gyuvin said he hoped AND2BLE would earn recognition for their performances and become a group whose next release people anticipate. Han Yujin similarly expressed a desire to exceed expectations as the group continues building on its debut.
