NMIXX Invites Fans to a Joyful Party in “Birthday Wish” MV Teaser Ahead of Comeback

NMIXX has shared a music video teaser for “Birthday Wish,” building excitement for their sixth mini album, “Strange Muse.” Featuring a joyful party and heartfelt affection between the members, the video offers a glimpse of the new release’s romantic mood.
The teaser arrived on the group’s official social media channels at midnight on October 18, one day before their comeback. It captures the six members celebrating together with bright, infectious energy.
Set in a space filled with dreamy light, the video introduces Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Bae, Jiwoo and Kyujin in turn. Text suggesting an encounter and the birth of a new muse appears over their images, with the sparkling visuals heightening curiosity about the song’s story.
Scenes of the members enjoying a party together create a happy atmosphere. The teaser ends with them shouting in unison and running along joyfully. These moments of togetherness reflect the song’s sentiment of beautiful, sincere feelings worth treasuring for a long time.
With a varied musical structure, “Birthday Wish” portrays the romance of making wholehearted wishes for one another after finally coming together. NMIXX previously previewed parts of the title track through a highlight medley, a song preview and challenge videos.

“Strange Muse” features six tracks: “Birthday Wish,” “Kerosene,” “RudE TaLK” and three songs marking NMIXX’s first unit releases since debut. The album brings together music by all six members and tracks performed in pairs.
Lily and Haewon perform “Sing to the Moon,” Sullyoon and Bae present “Hot 'n Unbothered,” and Jiwoo and Kyujin team up for “WHIP.” The members are also credited on their respective unit tracks, making both the first unit releases and their creative contributions key highlights of the album.
