Jimin's solo second full-length album, MUSE, has once again set a global record on the iTunes charts. Over a three-day period, MUSE topped the iTunes 'Top Albums' chart at No. 1 in 115 countries/regions, making it the fifth among the albums with the most No. 1s in iTunes history. The achievement underscores how massive the support from fans around the world is. At its release in 2024, MUSE topped the 'Top Albums' chart in 87 countries/regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, and also topped the 'Worldwide iTunes Album' and the 'European iTunes Album' charts. On March 5, the first solo album FACE reached No. 1 in 102 countries/regions on the iTunes 'Top Albums' chart. Thus Jimin becomes the artist whose two solo albums, FACE and MUSE, have both achieved No. 1 in 100+ countries/regions on the iTunes Top Albums chart. These records show that Jimin's solo career remains strong on the global stage. Another record is that six of Jimin's solo songs topped No. 1 in 119 countries; the six songs are: from the 2nd album tracks 'Who', 'Closer Than This', 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band'; from the 1st album 'Like Crazy'; the OST 'With You'; and the BTS album track 'Filter'. These six songs remain the only case of No. 1s across such a wide range of countries. Together with the ongoing support of global fans, these achievements support the expansion of Jimin's musical spectrum in his solo activities.
