2026년 7월 14일
DAY6's Young K is ready to usher in a new golden era of his solo career. On July 14, Young K revealed the ticket pre-sale schedule for his solo concert 'YOUNGEST' through DAY6's official channel, gathering fan expectations. According to the announcement, Young K will kick off his solo tour of the same name, 'YOUNGEST', over three days at Inspire Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, on August 14 at 7 PM, August 15 at 5 PM, and August 16 at 4 PM. This marks Young K's first solo performance at Inspire Arena. Previously, Young K and his DAY6 bandmates held their first solo concert at Inspire Arena in September 2024, drawing a total of around 40,000 viewers over three days.
Fan club pre-sales for the 'YOUNGEST' performance will begin on July 20 at 8 PM, while general sales will start on July 22 at 8 PM. Inspire Arena is known to accommodate approximately 7,000 to 8,000 people per show with 180-degree seating open, and up to 10,000 people including standing areas. DAY6 has already made history as the first domestic band to enter Goyang Stadium and Gocheok Sky Dome, selling out all three performances at KSPO DOME (Olympic Gymnastics Arena) with 360-degree seating open. It is expected that 'ticket scalping' (sold-out status) will occur on the day of pre-sales for Young K's solo Inspire Arena performance as well.
The poster released alongside the detailed performance schedule also sparked enthusiastic responses from fans. In the poster, Young K is seen wearing white clothing, revealing a pure angel-like charm. His appearance makes one understand why his birth dream featured an angel. Previously, on the November 18, 2023, broadcast of MBC's variety program 'What Do You Do?', Young K revealed his birth dream: "My father had the dream and saw angels. Three angels were walking ahead of him, and the one at the very front was blowing a trumpet; he said that was him."
Young K will make his comeback on July 27 at 6 PM with his second full album 'YOUNGEST'. This is his first solo album in 2 years and 10 months since his solo debut album and mini album 1 'Eternal' in 2021, and his regular album 1 'Letters with notes' in 2023. The new album 'YOUNGEST' is expected to contain the music and lyrics that represent the youngest version of Young K, finally finding his most 'Young K' sound. The album consists of 15 tracks, including the title track 'Shut The Door', 'Marionette', 'F world', 'Hey Honey', 'Cheer Song', 'SPIKE', 'Yonge St.', 'million reasons', '100 Ways We Could Break Up (with JINJOO of DNCE)', 'Drivin’ into Hell', 'whatever', 'Goodbye, Love', 'Heading Home', 'Anemone', and 'Coffee in the Studio'.
