2026년 7월 28일
ASTRO's MJ is set to release his first solo single album on August 19, marking his debut after 10 years and promising an active schedule for the second half of the year. Meanwhile, SUPER JUNIOR's Yesung is currently conducting a concert tour across 8 Asian regions to commemorate his 10th anniversary since his solo debut. Both artists are engaging with fans as they open a new solo chapter in their careers.
First, MJ announced through his agency Fantagio that he will release a new single via various online music platforms at 6 PM on August 19. This single is highly anticipated as it will be MJ's first solo work to include a physical album release. Prior to the release, MJ has been unveiling a variety of teasing content, including a trailer preview, TYPO poster, character poster, album preview, concept trailer, tracklist, FOOTAGE versions of DORK and ADORABLE, concept photos, and a music video teaser.
Additionally, MJ plans to hold his first solo fan meeting, 'The Hangout,' at Seongsu Art Hall in Seoul on August 1, creating synergy with his comeback activities. Having officially debuted as a solo artist in 2021 with the digital single 'Happy Virus,' MJ has showcased diverse musical activities based on his charming vocals and wide spectrum. Last year, he released the Christmas-themed single '12시 25분 (CLOCK),' and in August 2025, he formed the unit ZOONIZINI with ASTRO member JinJin, releasing the mini-album 'DICE.' This marks the first time MJ is releasing a physical album for a solo work.
On the other hand, SUPER JUNIOR's Yesung is also celebrating his 10th anniversary of his solo debut by touring 8 regions in Asia. Both artists are meeting with fans as they embark on a new solo chapter following their 10th anniversary.
