HYBE Latin America's boy group Santos Bravos has announced an official comeback with a new track Kawasaki, slated for 2026. According to a release issued on the 27th local time, Kawasaki will drop on the 30th, and the group gave audiences a first look at the new song during Willi Chavarria's 2026 Fall/Winter collection show in Paris in early January. Santos Bravos is a five-member group comprising Dru, Alejandro, Caue, Gabi, and Kenneth. They officially debuted in Mexico last October. The agency described Kawasaki as a track boasting a powerful beat and dynamic performance. It is highlighted that the comeback was born from a K-pop production methodology, and the track is seen as one that captures the members’ on-stage capabilities at a glance.
For visual directing, Lorenzo Fosco, a stylist who has worked with global pop stars such as Dua Lipa, Troye Sivan, and Sabrina Carpenter, joined as creative director. Fosco said, “Turning into reality the iconic work my teenage self would have found striking is becoming possible. The energy and mass appeal they carry enable creative output that can communicate with audiences worldwide.” At the Paris Fashion Week venue ahead of the new release, Santos Bravos’ performance drew strong praise from reporters and fans on site. Additionally, a behind-the-scenes video and portions of the track were shared with reporters after the performance.
Beyond the Paris event, the group is rapidly expanding its global presence. On January 23 in Paris, at Willi Chavarria’s 2026 Fall/Winter collection show, they performed their debut track 0% on stage and, during on-site interviews, previewed portions of Kawasaki’s audio and performance to raise anticipation for the new release. The agency stated Kawasaki is a track born from the “K-pop methodology” that showcases the five members’ exceptional stage capabilities at a glance.
Santos Bravos have also been shortlisted as a candidate for ‘New Male Artist of the Year’ at Premio Lo Nuestro 2026 in Miami. With rapid growth on the global stage, they began in Mexico, then expanded to Paris’ fashion stage and major U.S.–Latin American awards. Their combined social media followers approximate 8.2 million, and video views surpass 253 million, underscoring their fast-built global fanbase.
The Kawasaki announcement is part of HYBE’s “Multi-home, multi-genre” strategy, signaling a performance- and visuals-centered pipeline aimed at solidifying their position in the Latin music scene. Premio Lo Nuestro will be held in Miami on February 19, drawing interest from fans and the industry alike. Santos Bravos’ 2026 has begun with a powerful start.
