2026년 10월 21일
ALPHA DRIVE ONE (ALD1) will release “Talk to me” as a single, continuing the momentum of their second mini album with follow-up promotions.
On the 21st, the group shared a cinema poster and cinematic stills on their official social media, announcing that the single will arrive on streaming platforms at 6 p.m. on the 22nd. The music video will follow on the 27th, offering a deeper emotional tone and a fresh side of the group.
“Talk to me” originally appeared on their second mini album, “UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST,” released on August 24. Its standalone release brings new visuals and follow-up promotions for a track that already won fans over with its romantic atmosphere and lyrical expressions of fluttering excitement.
The cinema poster features the members in a dreamlike setting surrounded by rippling water. Wet hair, styling that evokes the texture of water, and fluid silhouettes create a mysterious mood, translating the song’s emotions into imagery.
The accompanying cinematic stills reveal another side of the group against a city at night. Casual outfits with an urban-chic touch and understated, evocative expressions convey subtle tension. The film-like staging, contrasting with the poster’s watery imagery, builds curiosity about the story the music video will tell.
Musically, “Talk to me” is an indie alternative pop track blending refreshing synthesizers with a stylish R&B groove. Ocean-inspired sounds underpin sweet vocals that highlight each member’s individuality. Poetic lyrics about excitement and romance, paired with gentle singing, showcase the group’s growing emotional depth. The combination of this sound and the captivating visuals is a key draw of the single.
ALPHA DRIVE ONE achieved consecutive million-selling releases with their debut album and second mini album. They also reached No. 5 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, marking an overseas chart achievement in their debut year. With “Talk to me,” they will present a different musical and visual direction from their previous promotional tracks.
Promotions begin with the single’s release at 6 p.m. on the 22nd, followed by the music video on the 27th, bringing to life the atmosphere teased in the cinema poster and stills.
