Bayonn, produced by Kim Jaejoong, spreads the energy of youth with debut EP 'Youth Today'

The male group Bayonn (VAYONN), planned by producer Kim Jaejoong, has officially debuted with the release of their debut EP 'Youth Today'. Bayonn is a six-member boy group consisting of Masato, Sen, Sunjiayang, Fengzhenwei, Teru, and Mano. The members, who gained recognition through Mnet's 'Boyz2 Planet', are the core of the group's activities. Singer and actor Kim Jaejoong's participation in the production has drawn significant attention even before their debut. At a showcase held at NOL Theater in Hapjeong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, they performed their debut title track 'MUAH!' and the album track 'Watta Day'.

During the showcase, the members shared the excitement of their debut and revealed advice from producer Kim Jaejoong. Mano expressed his respect, stating, 'PD Jaejoong was once an idol and is still active today, so he always talks to us about etiquette. He told us that these things can be opportunities for growth, so I keep them in mind.' Sen introduced the album as one that asks, 'How is today's youth?' just as one might ask, 'How is the weather today?', emphasizing how the album uses weather to express various aspects of youth.

The title track 'MUAH!' is a high-teen dance pop song featuring refreshing synth sounds and cheerful drums, capturing the signal of love and the flutter of youth. Masato pledged, 'I will put emotion into it so it feels cool and is etched into your memories.' The members expressed their ambition to become a group where people think of youth whenever they think of Bayonn, given that youth is their keyword. Meanwhile, Bayonn's first EP 'Youth Today' was released on the 6th at 6 PM via various music sites.
